The word „stretching“ is of the English origin. It is a set of physical exercises. During which we intentionally push on a muscle or a muscle group to stretch it out.

If stretching is performed correctly we not only increase our flexibility, elasticity, and adaptability but also benefit from:

  • strengthening self-awareness and knowledge of our body
  • reducing the risk of joints, sinews and napes injuries
  • reduction of muscle pain
  • reduction of muscle tension – stiffness
  • increased ability to learn new controlled body movements, improving coordination ability
  • increase of mental and emotional release which has an enormous impact on human psychi
  • stretching helps to hold an erect body posture both in static as well as in dynamic situations
  • keeps the musculature in the optimal condition
  • releases severe menstruation pain – dysmenorea
  • last but not least, increases physical strength

Demonstration, explanation and, technically correct exercicing of the individual stretching positions.
